Charmed to Death - Shirley Damsgaard Ophelia Jensen is basically on her own in this installment as Abby McDonald gets taken out of the picture by foul play (and no she isn't dead). I liked that Henry Comacho (the cop from the first book) makes a return visit and we finally see his humanity. I enjoyed the fact that Brian's murder is finally solved even though, once again, Ophelia gets caught in the cross-fire. (But that's just the way all cozies work.)

This one had three sub-plots (the pig farmer, Brian's murder and a serial killer) which kept the action rolling along while allowing Ophelia to come to grips with her psychic abilities. I'm looking forward to a new adventure in The Trouble With Witches.
